Founder
Kunsinjo Bwanausi is the Founder of Quantum Leaf Software, a PACRA-registered software and web development agency based in Lusaka, Zambia. A self-taught developer, he built the company from the ground up — with no family background in business to draw on — driven by a conviction that world-class technology should be built in Africa, not just consumed from it. That conviction traces back to his grandfather, Augustine Bwanausi, a Malawian freedom fighter and politician whose lifelong work for African self-determination still shapes how he approaches building: with purpose, independence, and an eye on continental impact. Beyond Quantum Leaf, he has built and deployed multi-tenant AI business systems and grown The Custom ZM into a fully indexed digital presence — proof of the same engineering discipline he brings to every project. Kunsinjo continues studying Business Administration at UNILUS, sharpening the same discipline that built the company in the first place.
